Terms of use

These terms govern your access to and use of mastiarena.games (the “Site”) operated by the Mastiarena project (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and region

The Site is offered to natural persons aged 18 or older only. We aim the experience at adults in India and others comfortable with English. You confirm that you are not on a self-exclusion list that applies to you for our class of product. You are responsible for complying with laws in your state or union territory, including any rules on online content or games of chance/skill, as they apply to a non-cash, entertainment-only product.

2. Nature of the service (social entertainment)

Mastiarena is a social-style entertainment platform. Games may resemble casino-style or arcade titles for fun. Virtual credits, points, and items have no real-world “cash out” value unless we explicitly and separately run a fully compliant promotion that is clearly described (currently we do not offer any such real-money or prize event).

You cannot win real money, cryptocurrency, or rupees on the Site. There are no “real money prizes” in the sense of cash transferred to your bank or wallet. Any leaderboard or “jackpot” language on demo pages refers to in-game, non-redeemable fun metrics.

3. Accounts and security

Where we enable accounts, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secret, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk to others.

4. Virtual items and optional purchases (if available)

Some features may be offered for optional purchase or grant. All sales are final to the maximum extent allowed by law. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or retired. They cannot be sold or transferred to other users for money, except as expressly provided by a future marketplace feature, which we would describe in an addendum. Nothing here creates a banking, payment, or e-money business.

5. Prohibited conduct

You will not: cheat, use bots, scrape, reverse engineer, harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, try to break age controls, or use the Site for unlicensed real-money bookmaking. We may take technical, legal, and account measures against violations.

6. Intellectual property

“Mastiarena” branding, layout, and original assets belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Site for its intended social entertainment. Demo game names on the home page are placeholders; final titles may differ.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that games are free of defects. Social game outcomes are random or scripted for fun — they are not a prediction of real-money results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) 50 USD (or the INR equivalent) if you paid nothing, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise — in that case, such law prevails in your favour only as required.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the Site or these terms. The date above will be updated. Continued use can mean acceptance where allowed by law. We may stop operating the Site or your access at any time; sections that should survive (e.g. IP, limitations) will do so.

11. Governing law and disputes

Unless a stronger mandatory rule applies in your place of residence, you agree to the laws identified in the Legal notice for the operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or tribunals in that same jurisdiction have exclusive subject-matter authority, except where India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or similar legislation gives you a right you cannot contract away (e.g. Indian consumer protection forums) — in that case, you may use those rights.

12. Other policies

Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy are part of your contract with us with respect to data. Responsible gaming describes how we think about play balance.
